1. Data controller
QR Top (“we”) operates the qr-top.com dynamic QR code management platform. For any privacy questions, contact us at soporte@qr-top.com.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email, and an encrypted password (or your Google/GitHub profile if you use social login). Billing data: handled by Stripe; we never store card numbers. Usage data: the links and QR codes you create, plus scan statistics (date, device type, approximate country derived from the IP, and referrer). We do not store the full IP address of people who scan your codes.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to provide the service (creating and redirecting links, showing analytics), manage your subscription, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, team invitations), and improve the platform. We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Service providers
We rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Turso (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Upstash (rate limiting), and Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics). All of them apply security measures and data processing agreements.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except data we must keep for legal reasons (e.g., invoicing).
6. Your rights
You can access, rectify, delete, and export your data, and object to or restrict its processing, by writing to soporte@qr-top.com. If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
7. Cookies and analytics
We only use strictly necessary cookies for your session and language preference. To understand how the site is used we employ Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and anonymized session replays) configured in cookieless mode: it stores no identifiers on your device and cannot recognize you across visits. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can review Microsoft Clarity's policy at privacy.microsoft.com.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date. Substantial changes will be communicated by email.
