1. The service

QR Top is a SaaS platform to create, manage, and analyze dynamic QR codes and short links. By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for the security of your account and the activity that happens in it. Your organization's data (links, statistics, members) belongs to your organization; you can export or delete it at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use QR Top to redirect to illegal content, malware, phishing, spam, or material that infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to disable links or accounts that violate this policy, with prior notice when possible.

4. Plans and payments

The Free plan is free of charge with the limits published on the pricing page. Pro and Business plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; you keep the plan until the end of the billed period. If a payment fails, the service may be downgraded to Free plan limits.

5. Availability

We work to provide maximum availability, but the service is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Link redirects are critical and are served from distributed edge infrastructure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the incident. We are not responsible for the content of your links' destination pages.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. After termination, your links will stop redirecting.

8. Changes and contact
